Hi! I'm Leslie, propriétaire of Le French Hen, your one-stop-shop for furniture painting and DIY supplies. I've been transforming furniture one piece at a time for seven years. I'm a Certified, Elite Dixie Belle Paint Company and Redesign Plus Retailer. I love sharing and teaching others what I've learned along the way as well as providing my customers with an enjoyable shopping experience.
My Elite boutique, located inside Colliope Co in Tucson, Arizona, contains the full line of Dixie Belle Paint Company Chalk Mineral Paint and Silk colors and products. We're also a Redesign Plus Retailer carrying the largest in-person selection of decor transfers, moulds, fiber tissue paper and more in Southern AZ. I teach classes and workshops monthly.
At KWD Ranch Decor Co in Benson, AZ, I carry a limited DBP Chalk Mineral Paint offering, and a small selection of Redesign transfers and stencils. In store pickup available for online orders.

I was a bit skeptical at first when I saw the texture of it. It is almost like a heavy pancake batter! I really do like it! You can move it with a damp cloth or q-tip if you want. I have a vintage picture frame that is "rounded". I filled dents with my "mud" and let it set for just a bit. Then I took a wet corner of a paper towel and just dragged it over the top of the "mud". It smoothed it out perfictaiy.
My concern was this would not dry hard enough, or would not hold up if it was to get wet. Wrong, When it is dry you can't move it!
This is one of my favorite colors from Dixie Belle. Always great quality and superb application💗 Leslie is the best and has great knowledge on all the products she carries!!!
Leslie is the best, if she doesn't have what you are looking for she will order it. The floral text is gorgeous, and I have used it multiple times.
This color is just gorgeous blackest blue with undertones of charcoal gray. Love it, Leslie is the best. If she doesn’t have it in stock she will order it.
